Financial Policy:

Patients will receive a bill from CNS for physician charges in addition to their bill from Craig Hospital for hospital charges. As a courtesy, we will bill both primary and secondary insurance companies.

In the event that an insurance payment is sent directly to the insured, payment must be sent to CNS promptly. As required by law, patients are responsible for insurance co-payments and deductibles as per their insurance contracts.

When necessary, we are happy to work out a payment plan. CNS accepts VISA and MasterCard, and we do not charge interest. When necessary, we will work out a payment plan based on individual needs.

CNS works in compliance with HIPAA (Federal Privacy Act) regulations and pledges to guard patient’s protected health.

• CNS Physicians bill separately and in addition to Craig Hospital.
• CNS accepts all insurance carriers, including government payers.
• CNS bills primary and secondary insurance, as a courtesy to our patients.
• Patients are responsible for co-insurance and deductibles and all payments received from their insurance plans.
